Sharon Alberts, age 73 of Kewaunee danced her way into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, March 21, 2020. She was born at Door County Memorial Hospital at Sturgeon Bay on July 13, 1946 to the late Jay and Dorothy (Fogelsonger) Sinclair.
She graduated from Sturgeon Bay High School in 1964. She was a member of the original Packer Golden Girls for a number of years. She was a dance instructor and choreographer teaching dance in Kewaunee and also choreographed the Kewaunee Young Peoples Theater musical shows in the late 1960's and early 1970's.
After raising her children, Sharon worked for Wisconsin Public Service as a marketing secretary from 1984 until retiring in the late 1990's. Some of her greatest joys were spending time with her three grandchildren and five great grandchildren and waiting to meet great grandchild number six.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law: Tammy (Kevin) Schleis, Kewaunee; Laurel (Shawn) Werner, Columbus, OH; three grandchildren: Brianne (Jim) Victorey, Kewaunee; Brittany Schleis and special friend, Matt Wensel, Green Bay; Brody Dunn, Columbus, OH; five greatgrandchildren: Abby Carling; Henry Victorey; Alice Victorey; Penny Victorey all of Kewaunee; Brantley Wensel, Green Bay; one sister and brother-in-law: Kym (Jim) Fennema, Nesbit, MS; special cousins: Bonnie Pidgeon, Lynda Privett and Diana Bain; best friends: Sally Cutler and Sue LeSec and ex-husband Dewey Sanderson. She was preceded in death by a sister: Ruth Meyer and ex-husbands: Arthur H. Smith Jr. and Reggie Alberts.
